I remember this book and probably read it in preparation for my book, The Road From Home. But I may not have because in writing my mother’s story I became her and without knowing it I became her andwent through her experiences, which made impossible for me to read about the genocide ever again after that, and what I had to say about how we should treat the genocide after that was not well received, so I stopped talking. So I have more than an inkling of what this poor woman went through. The healing is often as long a journey as the crime, so I appreciate how you have framed it. There is much to learn and it will take time.
