What shared democratic values between America and Armenia. Armenia does not acknowledge women as equals. No law prevents violence against women! Corruption is endemic. The country grows closer to an increasingly aggressive Russia day by day. So where are the shared values. His statements illustrate why the US Congress is a joke.

What shared values? 10x more then the other useless massive US aid recipients like Israel, the human right violating apartheid state and Egypt who would naturally be run by the Muslim brotherhood had it not been for a CIA propagated over throw, and Jordan who gets massive US aid just for being part of ‘be friends with Israel’ deal.
