St. Stephen’s Armenian Apostolic Church to Celebrate 91st Anniversary

HARTFORD, Conn. – The Armenian community of Hartford-New Britain will be celebrating the 91st anniversary of St. Stephen’s Armenian Apostolic Church on Nov. 16 at Casa Mia at The Hawthorne. The celebration will be following the Divine Liturgy at 10 a.m. and will begin at 1 p.m.

This 91st anniversary celebration is titled “Remembering the Past and Embracing the Future: The Spirit of Our Armenian Heritage and Faith.” His Eminence Archbishop Oshagan Choloyan, Prelate will be the celebrant, and will preside over the banquet.

Casa Mia at The Hawthorne is located at 2421 Berlin Turnpike, Berlin, Conn. Tickets are $45 (adults) and $20 (children under 12).

St. Stephens Armenian Apostolic church of Hartford is the second oldest Armenian Apostolic Church in the US.
