Proverbially Speaking

A proverb is one man’s wit and all men’s wisdom.

…Lord John Russell

Modern Philosophy

Most men, generically speaking, labor under the illusion that there is a supreme being, just and benevolent. This illusion gives order and meaning to their lives, and gives them the opportunity to experience happiness.  For, after all, who is so unhappy as the man who is disillusioned?

Daffy-nition

Holy Macular!: Ophthalmologist’s exclamation.

A Lesson in Geometry

There are usually two sides to every argument, but no end.

From My Persian Dictionary

Hakím: learned

Maʽrifat: learning

Hikáyat: legend

Límún: lemon

A Set-up
