Armenians continue keeping Armenian interests over American ones.
I doubt investing in Turkey was ever a favour, it was only an opportunity to not miss, that is why invested in Turkey in the first place. It (not investing) will be a missed opportunity now for UCSD and Us at large. I would never worry about who is investing in my economy, as long as I have attractive investment opportunities to offer. This is a free demand and supply World, and wrong interferences will only hurt the one who does it.
Turkey should not worry about it, but UCSD UCSB administration (and US citizens at large) should, for their interests being compromised by some self-serving lobbies.
